She knew how to bargin to get a conditional purchase agreement that kept the place I wanted while protecting me in regard to my sale. Michele is very careful about all the paper work needed both selling and buying. Also she gives you facts like how to calculate the net HST on newly built homes so you know if it is in your price range. You can get directly in contact with her and she makes that extra effort to be helpful by gently noting the points of comparision that are important to you between properties.
